Mission
We are a unique `Worker Participation’ Company and our challenge is to be
the leading supplier of ground handling services and in-flight catering
provider to the aviation industry in
Fiji
and the Region.
During the plan period we will focus all corporate energy and resources to
achieve the following goals:

Achieve not less than 15% return on turnover, and not less
than 20% return on capital employed after tax.

Ensure full compliance, zero tolerance, with statutory
standards and regulations as well as AOPs regarding safety and security in the
aviation industry.

5-year growth target to meet the demand of one billion dollars
in 2006 for the Government of Fiji.

Diversify business into areas where we have competitive
advantages and strengths.

Practice good commercial governance and principles through
worker participation and industrial democracy.

Be established strategic partners to
Fiji
and regional governments, airport operators, airlines and other aviation &
tourism stakeholders in their development and growth efforts.
