ATS (Fiji) Limited is committed to obtain quality, safety, security and efficiency in every operational process, to satisfy our customers, shareholders and employees, and be socially responsible.
To accomplish our desired results we:
- Plan, allocate, and maintain resources to obtain desired outcomes.
- Comply with customer, statutory, regulatory, industry and ATS requirements.
- Embrace safety and security as our first priority.
- Continuously improve our integrated management system and performance.
- Protect our environment from pollution, our people from injuries and ill health, and our assets from loss and damage.
- Prevent errors and undesired events by promoting open and non punitive reporting, investigation and risk management.
- Consider lessons learnt to develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Do not tolerate violations or intentional deviations to our integrated management system requirements, and the exercise of duties while under the influence of alcohol, psychoactive drugs or kava; ATS Disciplinary Committee defines punitive actions for these behaviours.
- Provide continued training, awareness and communication to our personnel, producing continuous improvement and the desired competence for each role. Performance is evaluated to assure compliance with appropriate standards.
- Plan to respond to emergency situations and to maintain our business continuity.
